Employee Assistance Program

Confidential counselling and support

Available through your workplace

EAP provides support for people who would like to speak with a qualified clinician about work, stress, relationships, wellbeing, or personal challenges.

Is it confidential?

Yes.

Your employer is not told what you discuss in your session.

There are limited exceptions, such as where the law or a safety concern requires it, or where you give your consent.

What can I use it for?

You can speak with us about:

  • Stress or feeling overwhelmed
  • Conflict or communication issues
  • Anxiety or low mood
  • Grief, change, or personal challenges
  • Relationship or family concerns
  • Working out your next steps when things feel unclear
Is there a cost?

EAP sessions are funded through your workplace arrangement with Accord Health.

Your workplace covers a set number of sessions.

We can confirm the number of sessions available to you when you book.

Where do we meet?

Sessions are available by phone, by video, or in person in Albury.

Whatever is easiest for you is fine.
